Stampede Generator

The OPERA team developing Footfall systems claims that they are useful to prevent stampedes in large crowd consentrations. The stampede generator makes stampeding great again, albeit just on the screen of the footfall data analyst. The code generates thousands of unique (mis)identifying numbers every minute, making it seem like thousants of smartphones are present on a location.
